BECA / SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
A significant aspect of HLCNI’s mission is the education and professional development of our Latino students in Northeast Indiana. To accomplish that goal, HLCNI engages in several community initiatives. Among these initiatives is the “Beca HLCNI” program, which annually awards several scholarships to deserving students from our region pursuing higher education degrees at accredited colleges and universities in Indiana.
Since 2006, HLCNI has awarded over $175,000 in scholarship dollars to Latino/Hispanic youth of Northeast Indiana.
